Our goal is that when you leave a session with us, you feel like you have moved forward in your journey towards mental wellbeing. We will equip you with simple and practical strategies that make a difference to your everyday life.

 

We specialise in supporting adults and children who have a medical condition or traumatic injury that impacts the function of their nervous system. This includes neurological conditions, mental health problems and traumatic injury. The emotional struggles associated with receiving a diagnosis or experiencing a traumatic injury can be as debilitating as the physical condition itself. We work together with our client's doctor so we can provide additional information to our clients and their supporters regarding the diagnosis and treatment and also support their mental health and wellbeing.

Initial Consultation (90 minutes) = $150 

Ongoing Consultation (60 minutes) = $130

*Private health rebates may be available

*Due to current government regulations, counsellors cannot claim through the Medicare Benefits Scheme
